The story of Irish Republican Richard Behal Part 4.

Richard Behal talks about after his daring escape from Limerick prison in 1966, when he succeeded in reaching mainland Europe where he was recognized by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, as a Political Refugee. In addition to his appointed to an International office for Provisional Sinn Fein in Europe, the Eire Nua Social and Economic Programme and the Irish Republican Ruairi O’Bradaigh.
